PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO THIRD PARTIES <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br /> PRODUCTS /COMPLETED OPERATIONS COVERAGE PART <br /> COMMERCIAL LIABILITY UMBRELLA COVERAGE PART <br /> If we cancel this policy, we will endeavor to give written notice to the person(s) or organi- <br /> zation(s)identified as an Additional Insured on a Certificate of Insurance at least: <br /> (1) 10 days before the effective date of cancellation if we cancel for your nonpayment of premi- <br /> um; or <br /> (2) 30 days before the effective date of cancellation if we cancel for any other reason. <br /> Proof of mailing will be sufficient proof of notice. <br /> We will not be responsible for mailing notice to any person or entity, whose name and cur- <br /> rent mailing address has not been provided to us, no later than 7 days prior to the notice <br /> period described above. <br /> All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. <br /> FASG 1005 09 19 <br />
