CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO.: 23-6907 <br />LOCAL STREETPREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE FY 22-23 <br />PREVAILING WAGE COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING STATEMENT <br />Contractor is aware of the reqUirements ofCalifornia Labor Code Section 1720. et seq., as well as <br />California Code of RegUlations, Title 8, Section 16,000, et seq., ("Prevailing Wage Laws"), which <br />reqUire the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance of other reqUirements oil "public <br />works" and "maintenance" pro * jects. Since the set -vices are being performed as part of ail applicable <br />"PUblic works" or "maintenance" pro ' ject, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and since the <br />total compensation is $1.,000 or more, Contractor agrees to fUlly C0111ply with SUCII Prevailing <br />Wage Laws. <br />City shall provide Contractor with a copy of the prevailing rates of per diem wages in effect at the <br />commencement of this Agreement.
