To provide the level of support the City requires, we have assembled a team that has the depth of experience and expertise needed to complete task orders on -time and within budget. Othman Elmezain, P.E. will serve as the project manager and will be the City's primary point of contact. Othman will be supported by contract manager/principal-in-charge Darren Adrian, P.E. (who will be in charge should Othman be unavailable); QC/QA managers Frank Hoffmann, li Jean Fares, li and Kevin Thomas, CEP, ENV Sli and a core team of experienced engineers and planners with recent, relevant experience who are ready to support the City when called upon.
