<br />As MDC's Dry Utilities Division manager, Kip has honed his skills and built
<br />trusting relationships with all the major dry utility providers in Southern
<br />California. He has been involved in hundreds of projects for diverse clients,
<br />Years of Experience covering a wide variety of scopes, including cost analysis and estimating,
<br />temporary and permanent power coordination, gas & telecom service,
<br />removal of existing facilities, feasibility and conflict reports, right of entry and
<br />service agreements, street light coordination, street/sidewalk improvements,
<br />MUROW relocation and/or undergrounding of facilities, and substation upgrades.

<br />rail, bridges, grade separations, highways, and multi -corridor projects. He
<br />has a successful history working with local, state, and federal agencies,
