Hall <br />Re: Extension of Agreement (A-2020-100) for Hosting Services for the Library Solution <br />Integrated Library System <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by The Library <br />Corporation ("TLC") and the City of Santa Ana, on May 19, 2020, the time period of the Agreement <br />is hereby extended for an additional one-year period from June 18, 2023 until June 17, 2024. Any <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
