Mr. <br />Talbert has served as project manager and primary <br />author for environmental documents for numerous <br />projects throughout San Diego County and <br />Southern California. Clients consist of public and <br />private entities, and project experience includes <br />residential Specific Plans, development projects, <br />transportation improvements, and water and <br />wastewater infrastructure <br />Jason Reynolds is Dudek's Transportation Sector <br />Market Leader and a Senior CEQA/NEPA Project <br />Manager with 25 years' experience with <br />environmental management for transportation <br />systems.
