The project included the <br />construction of sidewalk gap closures, including new five -foot -wide sidewalks, reconstruction of <br />ADA-compliant driveways and ramps, curb and gutter, drainage facilities and minor asphalt <br />concrete pavement resurfacing, and reconstruction/rehabilitation as needed to accommodate <br />grades within the existing right-of-way along West Street and Citron Street. In support of the <br />PES, ECORP also prepared an Area of Potential Effects (APE) Map, Archaeological Survey <br />Report (ASR), Historic Property Survey Report (HPSR), and conducted Native American <br />Consultation. ECORP provided Spanish translation services for the public meeting notice and <br />was available during the public meeting to answer questions from the Spanish-speaking <br />residents. <br />CEQA Documents for Inglewood Avenue at Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Los Angeles <br />County <br />Client: City of Redondo Beach as a Sub to Onward Engineering <br />Year Completed: 2017 <br />ECORP prepared an IS/MND and supporting air quality/greenhouse gas assessment for <br />proposed turn lane improvements on Inglewood Avenue at Manhattan Beach Boulevard in the <br />City of Redondo Beach. The project consists of a new right turn land or southbound Inglewood <br />Avenue to westbound Manhattan Beach Boulevard, allowing for an additional southbound <br />through lane. The proposed improvements are expected to improve the level of service. <br />Lincoln Avenue Widening Project (from East Street to Evergreen Street), Orange County <br />Client: City of Anaheim as a Sub to AndersonPenna Partners <br />Year Completed: 2018 <br />ECORP prepared an IS/MND and supporting Cultural Resources Technical Report, which <br />included the historic evaluation of 22 properties along Lincoln Avenue in the City of Anaheim. <br />The Lincoln Avenue Widening Project would improve the Level of Service (LOS) for a segment <br />of Lincoln Avenue between East Street and Evergreen Street.
