Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: Mad Science <br />EVENT: Kid's Night Out <br />SERVICE DATE(S): May 19, 2023 <br />COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: The Vendor will be paid the full amount of <br />compensation, $975, no later than 45 days after the event. <br />Not to exceed $2,000. <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Mad Science will provide 1 Mad Science Show and 2 workshops. 2 scientists will come out to El <br />Salvador Center all kids will watch a 1 hour show then split into 2 groups and do a 1 hour hands one <br />workshop for the Kids Night Out event taking place on May 19, 2023. <br />The Set-up/teardown—the vendor will set-up 15 minutes prior to the start time of the event and tear down <br />after 8:00pm on the day of the event. <br />Open Hours —Event will be held from 6:00pm-8:30pm. <br />Please extend the agreement with this vendor through December 31, 2023. <br />
