C-6.0069 <br />3 BETWEEN <br />4 ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />5 AND <br />6 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />7 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 12 is effective as of this day of , 2023 <br />8 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, 550 South Main Street, <br />9 P.O. Box 14184, Orange, CA 92863-1584, a public corporation of the State of California (hereinafter <br />10 referred to as "AUTHORITY"), and the City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />it (hereinafter referred to as "CITY"). <br />12 WITNESSEfH: <br />13 WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 dated June 12, 2006, as last changed by <br />14 Amendment No. 11, dated June 16, 2022, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into a cooperative <br />15 agreement for the Bristol Street Widening Project; and <br />16 WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to extend the term of the Agreement by thirty (30) <br />17 months to allow for completion of Phase 4 of the Bristol Street widening project, <br />16 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that <br />19 Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 is hereby amended in the following particulars only. <br />20 1. Amend ARTICLE 2.
