Notable for the masonry construction that expresses the Tudor Revival design, it is just one of two homes in the Floral <br />Park neighborhood that is constructed with fieldstone at its primary facade and one of a limited number of stone buildings in <br />Santa Ana. The first owner of the subject property was LeRoy Quick, who developed the property and owned and occupied it <br />until at least 1979.
