Hell <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Willdan <br />Engineering, and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 21, 2020, the time period of the Agreement is <br />hereby extended for an additional two-year period, from April 21, 2023 through April 20,2025. Any <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
