<br />32. Amend the Agreement with Major League Infields, Inc. to Increase the Contract
<br />Amount by $80,000 for Maintenance Services of Baseball and Softball Diamonds

<br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment
<br />to the agreement with Major League Infields, Inc. to provide scheduled infield and
<br />warning track maintenance at city parks, increasing the amount by $80,000, which
<br />includes a $15,000 contingency, for the remaining term until January 31, 2024, for a
<br />total agreement amount of $1,374,507, subject to non -substantive changes approved
<br />by the City Manager and the City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
<br />33. Approve Agreement Amendments with Ocean Blue Environmental Services, Inc. and
<br />United Storm Water, Inc. for Spill Response, Hazardous Waste Disposal, and Storm
<br />Drain Facility Maintenance Services (Non -General Fund)

<br />Recommended Action: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a second
<br />amendment to the Agreement with Ocean Blue Environmental Services, Inc. to
<br />increase the annual expenditure amount of $350,000 for the one-year term ending
<br />June 30, 2023 by $100,000, for a total annual amount of $450,000, and increase the
<br />annual expenditure amount of $350,000 for the remaining term of the agreement,
<br />including the optional two-year extension period, by $100,000 for a total annual
<br />amount of $450,000, for a total increase of $400,000, subject to non -substantive
<br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-
<br />XXX).
<br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a second amendment to the Agreement
<br />with United Storm Water, Inc. to increase the annual expenditure amount of $350,000
<br />for the one-year term ending June 30, 2023 by $100,000, for a total annual amount of
<br />$450,000, and increase the annual expenditure amount of $350,000 for the remaining
<br />term of the agreement, including the optional two-year extension period, by $100,000
<br />for a total annual amount of $450,000, for a total increase of $400,000, subject to non -
<br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No.
<br />2023.-XXX).
<br />34. Approve Second Amendments to Agreements with IDS Group, Westgroup Designs,
<br />Inc., Gensler, Corgan, Inc., SVA Architects Inc., Black, O'Dowd and Associates dba
<br />BOA Architecture, Gruen Associates, Gillis and Panichapan Architects Inc., CAP
<br />Architecture, Inc., and Ware Malcomb for On -call Space Planning and Architectural
<br />Services to Increase the Shared Agreement Amount by $2,000,000, for a Total
<br />Amount not to Exceed $3,300,000 Annually
