Hall <br />Re: Extension of Agreement (A-2021-093) to Provide Support Services for Land <br />Management Svstems <br />Dear Mr. Huff: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Avocette <br />Technologies, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated July 1, 2021, the commencement date for this <br />Agreement is hereby delayed until such date as the implementation services contemplated under <br />separate Agreement No. A-2021-092 are completed, or until July 1, 2024, whichever occurs earlier. <br />Consequently, the term of the Agreement is hereby extended for three (3) years following the date of <br />the completion of those implementation services contemplated under separate Agreement No. <br />A-2021-092 or through June 30, 2027, whichever occurs earlier. Any insurance certificates are <br />required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
