Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: Giganto Games / Train Party Express LLC <br />EVENT: Summer Splash Day Camp & Other Recreation Activities <br />SERVICE DATE(S): June 13, 2023 <br />COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: Vendor to be paid $1,125 within 45 after the event. <br />Total vendor compensation not to exceed $25,000 for the fiscal year <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Giganto Games provides special entertainment as a party rental company that specializes in oversized <br />games. Servicing all of Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego and the Inland Empire. They offer a <br />variety of portable and versatile games for a range of party themes. Kids of all ages and even adults can <br />participate in carnival and interactive arcade games. <br />The vendor will be paid the full amount of compensation on the day of the event or no later than 45 days <br />after the event. <br />Please extend the agreement with this vendor through June 30, 2024. <br />
