David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) wants to continue our collaboration with the City on projects providing access to nature, outdoor space to play and exercise, and facilities for self -directed and organized recreation. Our team has had the pleasure of working with the City on the design and implementation of the award - winning Memory Lane Park and Mariposa Park in addition to currently working with Public Works on the design of Standard and McFadden Park which will soon come to fruition. By choosing the DEA team, you will receive the following benefits. ■ Expert Staff and Highly Qualified Team: DEA's expert staff and highly qualified sub -consultant team are prepared to provide the services requested in your RFP. The attached qualifications package presents our understanding of the contract and details the expertise of our project team. The DEA team will consist of licensed landscape architects, park planners, landscape designers, irrigation specialists, graphic artists, civil, hydrologic and structural engineers, surveyors, and construction managers. Our team of subconsultants will provide additional support for specific project needs including geotechnical services, environmental, and electrical engineering services. In Team Continuity: Several of our proposed subconsultants have worked with DEA on City of Santa Ana park projects including Design West for electrical engineering and Converse Consulting for geotechnical engineering. Together, we can provide the necessary services to ensure the successful completion of your capital improvement projects! ■ Technical Team with On -Call Experience: For the past 25 years, DEA landscape architects have been involved in projects which are directly related to the type of services anticipated for this on -call contract. For example, our team has current landscape architecture on -call contracts with the Cities of Pasadena, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Irvine, Santa Clarita, Irwindale, Baldwin Park, Walnut, Commerce, Signal Hill, Fontana, and Diamond Bar, in addition to Caltrans and Walt Disney Imagineering.
