Proposal to provide On -Call Landscape Architectural Services— RFP No. 22-097 Lake Elsinore Streetscape Projects, Lake Elsinore, California: This project consists of the complete replacement of parkway and median plants and irrigation at five sites throughout the city. These sites are located on local, collector and arterial roadways and include both parkways and medians. Improvements include the installation of trees, shrubs, crushed rock, boulders, new sidewalks, and irrigation. DEA provided design efforts for a 10,000 square foot demonstration garden immediately outside the main terminal for the airport. & '� ,�. This garden demonstrates water -saving alternatives to the OWL A traditional turf lawns for home and business owners alike. - Various planting schemes are featured in the garden including wildflowers, native plants, plants for pollinators, edible plants, cacti, succulents, spreading groundcovers, and synthetic turf. Inert materials of gravel and decomposed granite delineate pathways for navigation through the garden. All key staff for this project, both within DEA and our sub -consultants are part of the project team in this proposal.
