The creative designers at David Volz <br />Design has a long history of designing award winning parks throughout Southern California. We have worked <br />with hundreds of cities providing a variety of multidiscipline professional design, planning, and construction <br />support related services for capital improvement projects associated with parks and recreation, streets, and <br />neighborhood revitalization. Our firm would very much like to assist in the development of future outstanding <br />public landscape projects as a member of your design team. <br />EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING ON -CALL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT DESIGN SERVICES— <br />DVD is currently providing professional on -call design services to two dozen public agencies. Under these <br />commissions we provide public facilities, park and green way planning and design, peer review, standards <br />development and budgeting services as active city staff extension professionals. <br />QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DESIGN TEAM —Our project professional staff will ensure project implementation. <br />Our firm has proven expertise in managing multi -discipline project teams, delivering quality design documents <br />and maintaining strong relationships with all our design team partners and public agency clients. <br />REFERENCES —We have included specific client references; city officials who have direct experience with <br />the DVD team on similar projects. Also, in the appendix section, we have included dozens of letters and <br />quotes of recommendations from recent public agency clients who think highly of our firm. <br />DVD has designed hundreds of parks and public landscapes.
