The DVD <br />key team members are experienced and talented <br />professionals and they will be supported by a team of <br />licensed landscape architects, several very capable <br />designers, sub consultants, and support staff. <br />PROJECT MANAGER - David Volz, will personally <br />lead our concept development team, Gary Vasquez, <br />RLA, our Director of Design, will provide the park <br />planning initial concepts and Luis Pedraza, RLA, <br />will manage the project and co -present at the public <br />outreach meeting. <br />CREATIVITY - We will provide you with unique and <br />innovative solutions which will meet and exceed the <br />expectations of the city. The project designs we put <br />forward will creatively address the sites' development <br />requirements, sustainability, the unique relationship to <br />the nearby neighbors, program priorities, accessibility <br />and recreation balance. <br />COMMUNICATION - DVD will continually keep <br />you and your staff informed from the start and <br />throughout all the projects' phases.
