These projects have included providing such services as preliminary <br />engineering and backbone engineering design for the grading, roadway, storm <br />drain, sewer and water infrastructure required for several large master -planned <br />community projects. <br />ECT EXPERIENCE <br />Irvine Plaza Neighborhood Park, ADA Design, Irvine, CA <br />- Project Manager responsible for providing civil engineering design services for <br />upgrades to an existing public park built in 1996 <br />- Park is a 7.7-acre park facility located at 610 Pasco Westpark in the village of <br />Westpark II of Irvine <br />- Proposed civil design includes ADA improvements to increase site accessibility <br />and enhance the public's use and enjoyment of the facility <br />- ADA improvements designed for the park include upgraded pedestrian access <br />to new accessible play equipment, and new accessible site furnishings <br />- Scope included enhancing ADA path of travel to the site amenities such as <br />restrooms and group barbecues, and improving overall pedestrian accessibility <br />to and through the park with new paths of travel <br />Irvine Hicks Canyon Park, Improvement Planning, Irvine, CA <br />- Responsible for providing civil engineering design services for improvements <br />within the approximately 16.7-acre Park located at 3864 Viewpark Avenue <br />- Proposed project included civil design of the following elements: access to <br />two newly lighted permanent batting cages with concrete pad for storage, <br />upgraded ADA pathways to four new fenced bull pens with pitchers' mounds; <br />two new scorer's tables with shade (one per field) <br />- Grading and drainage design for the renovation of the existing playground and <br />the two soccer fields with natural turf; and one outdoor fitness course <br />Irvine Sweet Shade Park Project, Irvine, CA <br />- Provided City with civil engineering and land surveying services regarding new <br />playground areas and ADA upgrades to the Sweet Shade Neighborhood Park <br />- Project location of the proposed universal playground will be in and around the <br />existing playground, and within the turf areas to the north and/or east of the <br />Ability Center <br />- City's goal is to develop one playground that is inclusive & universally accessible <br />- Topographic basemap was developed using conventional survey methods and <br />then supplementing the base with data from the as -built plans to show the <br />existing drainage system <br />- Efforts included an ADA field analysis to identify areas of the ADA Path of Travel <br />(POT) that are non -compliant and will need to be modified to meet current <br />ADA criteria <br />\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ <br />10VNt ON -CALL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SERVICES, CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />
