PORTLAND TEXAS MIG is very familiar with your parks system and enhancement goals, having assisted SAN ANTONIO in the development of your first Parks Master Plan, adopted in 2022. We are currently working with Santa Ana on another first —your premiere Dog Park in Centennial Park. In WASHINGTON addition to extensive dog park improvements, the project involves relocating the police SEATTLE training and City nursery facilities and connecting to the regional bike trail along the Santa Ana River. We are excited about the opportunity to further enhance your parks, public properties, and increasingly important urban forest. The greater City landscape contributes to community health and quality of life through reduced heat island effect, carbon sequestration, and improved air and water quality, along with abundant recreational opportunities for families. As a principal with the firm since 1991, 1 will be the contact regarding this proposal throughout the evaluation period.
