Sarah Sutton, PlaceWorks Senior Landscape Advisor, is a recognized leader and <br />author on sustainability and native and drought -tolerant landscapes. <br />Realistic Phasing, Prioritization and Cost Estimation. The design must be buildable, affordable, <br />and maintainable within the City's established budgets and thresholds. Our team includes landscape <br />architects, civil engineers, a certified irrigation designer, and cost estimating expertise to assist in <br />assessing priorities and costs to ensure a successful outcome. Our approach will include facilitating <br />discussions with City staff of basic programs, operations and maintenance practices at the outset <br />of the project. PlaceWorks also has a solid track -record estimating project costs.
