<br />He has designed, implemented, and managed dozens
<br />of airborne LiDAR acquisition missions, geodetic and
<br />photo control surveys, aerial photography campaigns,
<br />and GPS field surveys for engineering design and GIS
<br />base mapping applications.
<br />As Airborne LiDAR Lead, Keith will be responsible
<br />for the acquisition and interpretation of LiDAR data,
<br />which includes development of work plans, coordina-
<br />tion and scheduling of equipment a.nd other resourc-
<br />es, on -site data acquisition, which may include field
<br />surveying, post -mission data processing and reduc-
<br />tions, interpretation and analysis, and reporting of
<br />LiDAR data utilizing a variety of techniques.
<br />Associate Surveyor / Terrestrial LiDAR Lead:
<br />Frederick "JR" Gregory, LSIT
<br />JR has 14 years of surveying and
<br />mapping experience in both the field
<br />and office, which includes topograph-
<br />ic mapping, plats/legal descriptions,
<br />LiDAR data extraction and classi-
<br />fication, and right-of-way appraisal
<br />mapping. Over the past five years,
<br />JR has focused extensively on the
<br />design of static and mobile terrestrial
<br />LiDAR (3D laser scanning) surveys
<br />and the collection, processing, and classification of
<br />LiDAR point cloud data. He is well versed in a vari-
<br />ety of survey and mapping software applications and
<br />packages, including AutoCAD Civil 3D; Cardinal VR;
<br />Carlson software; Bentley MicroStation, InRoads, and
<br />TerraScan; TopoDOT; Trimble Business Center and
<br />Trimble RealWorks; and STAR'NET.
<br />As Terrestrial LiDAR Lead, JR will be responsible for
<br />the design and execution of any required 3D laser
<br />scanning tasks, as well as the processing and classifi-
<br />cation of the terrestrial LiDAR data collected.
<br />Certified Party Chief:
<br />Oliver Rocha, LSIT
<br />Oliver is a Certified Party Chief with
<br />29 years of land surveying expe-
<br />rience. He has worked for several
<br />local public agencies, including
<br />the Cities of Irvine, Moreno Valley,
<br />Colton, and Yucaipa. He has been
<br />involved in numerous survey projects
<br />consisting of topographic, boundary,

<br />construction, right-of-way, and GPS surveying on a
<br />variety of projects, including highways, roadways,
<br />site development, and communications. He will be
<br />responsible for performing the necessary field surveys
<br />to support task orders, including but not limited to,
<br />topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
<br />As Certified Party Chief, Oliver will lead and coor-
<br />dinate field staff task assignments on a daily basis,
<br />according to project assignment under the direction of
<br />the Field Survey Lead and Project Manager. He over-
<br />sees crew set up and ensures that proper equipment
<br />and procedures are used, consistent with the scope of
<br />work for the project. He also performs job site inspec-
<br />tions for safety and planning of work tasks and may
<br />be responsible for communication with City staff and
<br />the general public at the project site as needs dictate.
<br />Subconsultant Party Chief:
<br />Jose Casanova, LSIT, Chaudhary & Associates
<br />Jose has more than 20 years of
<br />extensive civil engineering and land
<br />surveying experience in the private
<br />sector. He is highly proficient in
<br />MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD,
<br />Civil 3D, Softdesk, and GPS Trimble
<br />software. He has worked on a variety
<br />of projects including land surveying,
<br />architectural, transportation, water,
<br />land development, and telecommuni-
<br />cations, and is currently studying for
<br />his Land Surveying license. He has also spent time as
<br />a Party Chief and Chainman in a field crew, providing
<br />him with a complete understanding of project design.
<br />Subconsultant Potholing Lead:
<br />Salvador Silva, AirX Utility Surveyors
<br />Salvador has nine years of experi-
<br />ence at AirX working from the ground
<br />up as a laborer specializing in pothol-
<br />ing, to crew chief, and now field crew
<br />supervisor.
<br />As Potholing Lead, Salvador will be
<br />responsible for scheduling potholing
<br />crews and monitoring productivity
<br />and safety during traffic control setup
<br />and during pothole excavation.
