HEATHER MCDADE <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />As the Project Manager, Ms. McDade will serve as the single primary point of <br />contact between Color -Ad and the City of Santa Ana. She will be responsible <br />for overseeing every aspect of the project and she will be accountable for <br />meeting all of the project management responsibilities as outlined in the <br />specifications. She will ensure that scheduling, coordination, oversight, and <br />communication is effectively accomplished forall work produced undera task <br />order. Ms. McDade will maintain contact with the client as necessary, she will <br />provide quality control to ensure all project elements meet the contract specification requirements, <br />she will trackwork progress to ensure the project is completed according to the schedule, and she will <br />coordinate and ensure that all submittal specifications are met. During our contract the WHVC was undergoing construction. Ms. McDade <br />coordinated with the general building contractor throughout the project on the areas where exhibit <br />and buildingwork overlapped. She was responsible for aspects such as verifying core drilling locations <br />of electrical access points to our exhibit portals, inspecting and evaluating building access, reviewing <br />the building completion schedule and adjusting the exhibit schedule to maintain our completion date, <br />confirming all dimensions to ensure proper fit of all our exhibit elements, as well as scouting and <br />informing the GC of our needs forthe locations of our exhibit structures, finishes, power sources, and <br />built-in millwork. <br />COMPLETED PROJECTS AS PROJECT MANAGER: <br />► UCAR Supercomputing Center ► Daniel Boone Wilderness Trail Interp.
