Walk-through Inspection <br />Once the installation is complete, we will conduct a final walk-through with the EcoCenterteam. During <br />the walk through, our team will create a punch -list and begin work on correcting any deficiencies. <br />After the walk through, we will schedule a training session at the convenience of the staff. Our project <br />manager and any appropriate members of our fabrication/installation team will be available to <br />demonstrate and provide detailed information for the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting <br />of the final product. <br />CLOSEOUT AND WARRANTY <br />1. Closeout Documentation <br />We will provide comprehensive maintenance manuals to the client upon completion of the exhibit <br />installation. These manuals will include pertinent information that will help the staff maintain the <br />exhibits. Our manuals will include: <br />► Contract information for all contractors and suppliers who contributed to the project <br />► Cleaning instructions for all exhibit structures, finishes, graphic panels, tactile models, etc. <br />► Repair instructions for any damage to exhibit surface materials <br />► As -built exhibit drawings <br />► Product list and catalog cuts for all products purchased for the exhibit <br />► Manufacturer's warranties for all off the shelf equipment <br />► Access instructions for all exhibit structures <br />► Color and finish samples <br />2.
