Reviews will include all aspects of the project including street improvements, grading, site improvements, stormwater quality compliance, review of supporting reports such as hydrology & hydraulics, traffic, lighting, utilities, as well as right-of-way documentation, including tract and parcel maps. Construction Management Mark Thomas has the capability to provide full -service construction management services in support of your projects, including construction manager, resident engineer, inspector, and office engineer positions. Grant Funding Mark Thomas has in-house capabilities to identify, track and prepare grant funding applications to assist in securing outside funding for the City's projects. Mark Thomas will conduct research to identify grant resources including, federal, state, Metro, other regional agencies, and organizations at all levels, that target elements of the City's CIP, funding needs, and priorities. The funding sources will be documented in a grant funding resource table that will include grant funding program, eligible components, dates of next funding opportunity, and success probability. Grant funding applications can vary widely based upon the various program requirements. In general, all applications will include the preparation of grant narratives, maps and exhibits, and letters of support, however, the length of narratives can change and not all funding programs require benefit cost analyses (BCAs). This scope will be developed depending on the particular grant being pursued.
