Key Personnel Qualifications <br />We have assembled a project team that is well suited to the specific <br />requirements of this contract, headed by our primary point of contact and <br />Project Manager, Maira Salcedo, PE, ENV SR Maira has extensive recent <br />experience with water facilities, such as pump stations, wells and pipelines, <br />as well as sewer replacement and rehabilitation projects. She is highly familiar <br />with the City of Santa Ana staff and design criteria, having served as the <br />project manager for the City's Walnut Pump Station Upgrade project and <br />Well 29 Rehabilitation project. <br />Maira has recent experience in managing sewer rehabilitation/replacement <br />projects for the Long Beach Water Department, City of Hermosa Beach and <br />Rossmoor/Los Alamitos Area Sewer District, and is currently serving as District <br />Engineer, on a consulting basis, for Rossmoor/Los Alamitos Area Sewer District. <br />SUBCONSULTANTS <br />We contract only with companies that have proven track records of providing <br />exceptional quality work products in a timely and cost-efficient manner and, <br />therefore, have included the following subconsultants on our team as shown <br />below and on the following page: <br />5��C.SPEC <br />Services, Inc. The firm specializes in structural design of new <br />Suite E <br />Rancho Santa Margarita <br />office, commercial, industrial and residential buildings, and support structures <br />CA 92688 <br />for telecommunications and mining industries, as well as in the design of <br />T: 949.766.5102 <br />civil structures related to transportation and infrastructure construction and <br />rehabilitation. The firm is experienced in providing these services for private <br />sector projects led by civil engineering firms, architects, developers and <br />constructors, and public sector projects under the jurisdiction of Caltrans and <br />other local county and city agencies. <br />
