Kleinfelder welcomes the opportunity to partner with the City to optimize and deliver its critical infrastructure. For this contract, we have assembled an exemplary team of our best engineers, environmental specialists, and construction support staff to provide the required general engineering services. As you review the enclosed qualifications, please note the following attributes of our team: Experienced Personnel — Our team has a successful history of delivering a similar scope of services for various municipal clients including the Orange County Sanitation District and Public Works; the cities of Long Beach, Los Angeles, and San Diego; Los Angeles County, Carlsbad Municipal Water District, and the City of Ontario/Ontario Municipal Utilities Company to name a few. Turn -Key Expertise — Kleinfelder provides complete solutions from concept through construction. We have completed thousands of general engineering infrastructure projects including pavement/roadway improvements; neighborhood traffic improvements; landscape and irrigation; parks and recreation design; water and sewer infrastructure design and rehabilitation improvements, storm drain improvements; sidewalks, bike paths, curb and gutter replacement; grant application development; environmental and planning; mapping and legal description development; construction management and more. Availability/Locality — We have over 900 employees in 27 offices throughout California, including an office in Laguna Hills located within 15 miles of City headquarters. This contract will be our priority and all key personnel will be made available to support task orders under this contract. Our depth or resources will help deliver projects on -time and within budget. Knowledge of Local Standards and Regulations — Kleinfelder supports various City contracts and has provided engineering services in Southern California for decades. Over 90 percent of Kleinfelder's regional contracts are for public works agencies. Our team of professionals are familiar with regulatory requirements potentially impacting project approval and execution.
