(IDS) understands that the City of Santa Ana (City) is in the process of pre -qualifying firms for various capital improvement projects within the City. IDS appreciates the opportunity to submit its qualifications for the City's capital improvement program for the next three years. IDS is an award -winning engineering -architectural (E/A) firm which offers multi -disciplinary consulting services through a staff of 80 professionals. In addition to civil engineering, IDS provides specialized in-house — structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing engineering services, architecture, landscape architecture, and cost estimating services. IDS' Value to the City of Santa Ana • Team Expertise: IDS' civil engineering team will be working directly with the City, providing local knowledge in site engineering designs for municipal projects. Our civil engineering's street rehabilitation, storm water improvements, traffic, and ADA design capabilities balance costs with our client's objectives and permitting requirements. IDS' Project Manager, Adrian Anderson, brings 25 years of civil engineering expertise collaborating with municipalities and regional agencies across Southern California where he has overseen teams that provide similar scope -of -services to the City.
