<br />AESCO (Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering)
<br />AESCO is headquartered in Huntington Beach, California and currently have eighteen employees. The
<br />firm is SBE, DBE, WBE, and CBE certified. AESCO's laboratory is certified by DSA, Caltrans and
<br />City of Los Angeles. AESCO has been involved in a number of projects involving geotechnical and
<br />environmental engineering and QA/QC construction materials testing and inspection for the City of
<br />Santa and other Southern California public agencies.
<br />AESCO's scope of work for geotechnical engineering includes foundation and pavement design,
<br />settlement problems, compaction monitoring and testing, shallow and deepened foundations, pressure
<br />injected footings, earth retaining structures, landslide analysis and control, expansive/collapsing soils,
<br />underpinning and special foundations, construction dewatering and drainage, pipelines and utilities,
<br />liquefaction analyses, and fault evaluation; laboratory testing is performed using ASTM, AASHTO,
<br />and other applicable specifications and guidelines; environmental engineering including Phase
<br />II investigations for hydrocarbons and heavy metals, methane testing, soil vapor monitoring; and
<br />construction materials testing and inspections including mortar, masonry, concrete, reinforcing steel,
<br />soils, welding, fireproofing, rebar, aggregate, asphalt, and structural steel.

<br />Founded in 1981, CoastSurveying, Inc. (Coast) specializes in surveying, mapping, aerial photogrammetry,
<br />and right-of-way mapping. Approximately 95% of the firm's work is for public agencies throughout
<br />Southern California. Coast is certified DBE, SBE, and MBE and has a staff of 20 with four highly qualified
<br />and licensed professional land surveyors. Coast has built a solid reputation by consistently performing
<br />quality services, responding immediately to client requests, and delivering timely and budget -sensitive
<br />projects. The firm has supported numerous clients on project sites, and depending on the requirement's
<br />urgency, survey crews' mobilization has occurred within 24 hours ofthe 'notice to proceed.'

<br />every project, from initial scope review and cost estimating, through field surveying and the generation
