Parkcenter Drive, Santa Ana, CA <br />714.560.8200 TAIT.COM <br />David Sloan, PE, Director of Engineering for TAIT will serve as an Lead Project Manager for the City's projects. <br />David's career has been rooted exclusively in the public sector. His background and experience with local <br />federally funded public works projects, especially roadway improvements, will be invaluable to the City. <br />Mr. Todd Broussard, PE, QSD/P will act as TAIT's QA/QC Manager -for this contract. Todd will also act as the <br />Alternate Project Managershould it be deemed necessary based on the project's specific requirements. Todd <br />has 36 years of experience in a variety of public works and private projects. He is also a certified QSD/P and is <br />the best candidate to review the design documents for the City to ensure they are to the standards required and <br />free of error prior to submittal to the City. <br />In addition to the noted Key Staff, TAIT boasts a wide array of 220 associates including Engineers, Architects, <br />Surveyors, Storm Water Practitioners, Geologists, Contractor's, and quality design engineers. The City can be <br />assured that the necessary support and availability of staff will be provided on each contract that is assigned to <br />us. For our as -needed sub -consultants, we've teamed with tried and true partners who have worked with TAIT <br />on numerous projects. TJW offers thorough Traffic Engineering services, BTL performs precise Potholing and <br />other subsurface investigations, GMU supplies expert geotechnical services, CDPC is our experienced Landscape <br />Architecture consultant, LAE provides Federal Funding assistance, and Salas O'Brien for MEP consulting. <br />Scope of Work. It is understood that this engineering proposal is for an on -call contract that includes potential <br />design services including street improvements, traffic engineering, storm drain improvements, sewer, water and <br />wastewater improvements, as well as plan checks of the above -mentioned, and other engineering services <br />associated with municipal public works. TAIT's noted diverse staffing and background in multifaceted projects <br />are ideally suited for the City's wide range of anticipated needs and projects. Upon issuance of an RFP, TAIT will <br />actively review the project requirements and will provide a project specific proposal for the City's consideration. <br />We understand the Scope of Work includes all the services listed in Attachment 1 of this on -call RFP. <br />Commitment to Service.
