<br />Founded in 1960, KPFF Consulting Engineers is one of the largest civil and structural engineering firms on the

<br />Civil Engineering
<br />KPFF provides civil engineering services for a wide variety of project types, namely healthcare, civic,
<br />commercial, automotive facilities, transportation (roadways, rail, water & air), regional, community & sports
<br />parks, retail, hospitality, military, K-12, higher education, recreational facilities, and theme parks. The scope
<br />of civil engineering services may include due diligence (site assessment) study, master planning,
<br />infrastructure study & design, entitlement, grading & drainage design, hydrology study, implementation of
<br />storm water quality & quantity, SWPPP (QSP & QSD), site accessibility (ADA) study & upgrades, sustainability
<br />(LEED) design, parking lots and trails. In addition, our civil engineering group serves as a prime consultant to
<br />private and government clients for management and design of private, transportation, airports, waterfront,
<br />site improvements and major utility projects. Our project size ranges from few thousand square feet to
<br />several hundred acres.
<br />Structural Engineering
<br />KPFF provides structural engineering services on a wide variety of project types and sizes utilizing the building
<br />materials suitable for that project. Project types include low-, mid-, and high-rise structures, corporate
<br />headquarters buildings; residential and retail facilities; industrial, educational (K-12 and higher ed.), health
<br />care, high-tech facilities, performing arts theaters, golf club houses, auto dealerships, government facilities,
<br />structural evaluations and upgrades, bridges, and waterfront structures. Our engineers customize the
<br />building materials and technologies to each project, whether it be steel, concrete, wood, masonry, base
<br />isolation, viscous damping, or non -linear seismic analysis. Other structural services include the analysis of
<br />special structures for vibration, heavy loads and response to wind, wave, seismic, and other dynamic forces,
<br />and design for building cladding systems.
<br />Surveying
<br />KPFF's surveying team provides full -service land surveying and mapping for projects of all sizes throughout
<br />Southern California to engineers, developers, architects, contractors, individuals, title companies, mortgage
<br />companies and government agencies. Core competences include: Construction staking, ALTA land title
<br />survey, Boundary -topographic and aerial surveys, Condominium plans, Vertical airspace maps, Parcel Maps -
<br />tract maps and legal descriptions, Laser scanning services.

<br />KPFF is in conformance with the provisions contained in the Agreement attached in the RFP as Attachment 2
<br />in the Appendix.
