Completed: Ongoing KPFF is currently providing civil and structural engineering services for the design and construction of the Santa Ana library renovations. As currently proposed, the improvements include numerous tenant improvements and modernization to various program spaces within the existing library building, along with exterior upgrades to the north and south entrances, new layout for the easterly courtyard, in addition to new parking stalls, book mobile Si1tnta Ana Homeless Shelter I Santa Ana, CA Owner: City of Santa Ana I Client: Dyer 18, LLC Completed: July 2022 The project consisted of the renovation of an existing industrial manufacturing facility in to a 200-bed homeless shelter. The site improvements included construction of an enclosed outdoor areas, ADA parking improvements, regrading of the existing driveway. The enclosed outdoor area consisted of playground, BBQ area, dug run and kennel, outdoor locker area basketball court. and smoking area Santa Ana Council Chambers New Exterior ADA Ramp Santa Ana, CA Owner: City of Santa Ana I Client: City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency Completed: May 2019 As part of KPFF's previous on -call service agreement with the City of Santa Ana (A-2015-175), KPFF provided engineering and architectural services for the design and construction of two new exterior ADA ramps at the City of Santa Ana Council Chambers. The project cost was $28M consisting of a 50,000-SF two story library, 15,000-SF one story community renter. and n 47 000-SF parking lot with 97 stalk LAX Economy Parking, ITF West I Los Angeles, CA Owner: Los Angeles World Airports I Client: Swinerton Builders Completed: July 2022 KPFF provided civil engineering services for the LAX Economy Parking project (ITF-West) completed in 2022. Located between Westchester Parkway and 96th Street, ITF-West improves vehicle flow through LAX by providing a new passenger drop-off and pick-up destination as well as much -needed parking capacity for LAX guests. This project included a $250M 5-level, 4,700 Parking Stalls, 25,000-SF Security Badging Office, a "Meeter-G t " drop-off7cme and 5 000 SF Conresq ong area.
