Kim Preap is a licensed Traffic Engineer in the state of California. <br />" <br />He <br />He earned his Bachelor of Science in Transportation Engineering from <br />University of California, Irvine and has over 20 years of experience <br />® <br />working on traffic engineering projects throughout the Southern <br />California region. Mr. Preap has extensive experience in roadway <br />® <br />operation system designs, CCTV, trunk line communication, among <br />others. He has also performed various large scale projects for Caltrans. <br />Education <br />Mr. Preap has extensive experience in the design of traffic signals, <br />B.S. Civil Engineering <br />street lighting, signing and striping, and traffic control plans, pedestrian <br />University of California, Irvine <br />accessibility upgrades and has succeeded in completing more than <br />Registration <br />90 traffic signal related designs. In addition, he provides "on -call" <br />Professional Engineer CA <br />consulting services for the City of Dana Point and City of Long Beach in <br />Registration TR 2833 <br />Southern California. Provideed Traffic Engineering services & PS&E plans <br />for Rincon Mixed -Use Project located south of Sequel Canyon Parkway <br />and west of Pomona Rincon Road. This project included the preparation <br />of Signing and Striping Plans, Traffic Signal Modification Plan, and <br />"As-Built/Record Drawing" Traffic Plans for the intersection of Pomona <br />Rincon Road at Soquel Canyon Parkway. This project also required the <br />preparation of Traffic Signal Timing Plans. <br />The Santa Barbara Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) ) <br />Chino Hills, CA <br />Project Manager. Responsible for the preparation of Signing and Striping <br />Plans, Traffic Signal Plan and as well as "As-Built/Record Drawing" <br />Traffic Plans for the new intersection of Pomona Rincon Road at State <br />Street, <br />Traffic Signal Synchronization I Costa Mesa, CA <br />Project Manager. Provided project oversight and design plan review <br />of the proposed improvements along 19th Street.
