ARTICLE XXIV <br />24.0 NON-DISCRIMINATION <br />24.1 The parties mutually recognize and agree fully to protect the rights of all employees <br />covered hereby to join and participate in the activities of SAMA and all other rights in the <br />Employer -Employee Relations Resolution (Resolution Number 81-075) and Government <br />Code Sections 3500 through 3511. <br />24.2 The City and the Union agree that they shall not discriminate against any employee in <br />violation of State or Federal law. The City and the Union shall reopen any provision of this <br />MOU for the purpose of complying with any order of a Federal or State agency or court of <br />competent jurisdiction requiring a modification or change in any provision or provisions <br />of this MOU in compliance with State or Federal anti -discrimination laws. <br />SANTA ANA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (SAMA) MOO: 2022-2025 m <br />
