(3) The hearing shall extend to and include all issues relevant to development <br />project plan approval under this division; and <br />(4) The planning commission or city council shall approve, conditionally <br />approve, or disapprove the plans for the development project following the <br />hearing. <br />Section 11. Section 41-371 (Off-street parking) of Chapter 41 of the SAMC is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41-371. - Off-street parking. <br />Off-street parking shall be provided in the manner prescribed in Article XV of this <br />chapter. <br />Section 12. Section 41-206 (Off-street parking) of Chapter 41 of the SAMC is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 41-206. - Off-street parking. <br />Off-street parking shall be provided in the manner prescribed in Article XV of this <br />chapter. <br />Section 13. However, of the off-street parking required by Article XV, at least one parking <br />space per unit shall be within a garage or carport. All additional parking stalls may be <br />uncovered. <br />Section 15.
