The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2023-144 ("Agreement") dated June 5, 2023, to <br />provide equipment and services for various City events, including the Summer Splash Day <br />12 Camp Event on June 13, 2023, and other events as directed by the City. <br />B. The Agreement was entered into with Train Party Express, LLC, a California limited liability <br />company. The Agreement term runs until June 30, 2024 and the Agreement is current and in <br />effect. <br />C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to revise the Contractor's corporate name. No <br />other changes are contemplated by this Amendment. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. The Contractor's corporate name is amended to Train Party Express, Inc., a California Corporation. <br />All services provided by Contractor, and compensated by the City under the terms of this Agreement, <br />shall also include services provided under the name of Giganto Games. <br />2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br />SONIA R.
