He has a diverse background <br />that started with a small ambulance company as an EMT and is currently the EMS <br />Manager for a large municipal Fire Department in Southern California. He has risen <br />through the ranks and has served as a Firefighter, Paramedic, Engineer, Captain, and <br />EMS Manager. Over the last 10 years he has developed, implemented, and managed <br />several large programs, including a Community Care Response unit, placing a Nurse <br />Practitioner in the field to assist with low level medical aids, an iPad based ePCR system, to electronically <br />fill out and submit patient care reports in the field, and a fire -based ambulance program, to manage the <br />24,000 EMS calls generated in the City of Anaheim.
