B. Provider may not waive class participation/registration fees. <br />C. Only registered participants may participate in class. <br />D. Any refunds to participants will be made in accordance with City policy. <br />E. Any materials fee shall be established by mutual agreement of City and Provider and <br />shall be payable directly to Provider. <br />COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Instructor and participants shall wear a mask at all times to participate. <br />B. Temperature will be taken at the beginning of the class for instructor and participants. <br />C. Social Distancing should be adhered to at all times. <br />E. State of California COVID-19 regulations shall apply. <br />
