<br />With a lengthy background in management, training and computing, Matt has been knowledgeable in many areas of the IT
<br />industry including hardware, software and networking. Matt has been an instructor with for over 2.5 years with training
<br />focused primarily on software applications, ranging from Microsoft Office and Windows to cloud -based services like Google
<br />Applications and Office 365. In addition, his experience with the CompTIA certification objectives, leading instruction for both A
<br />+ and Network+. Free time activities include hiking, gaming, reading, writing and basically anything that gets me outside and
<br />moving, Matt is a great fit at as it combines his love of computers with his love of conversation and social interaction. In his
<br />words "I absolutely love what I do and think thatthere's no betterfeeling than helping someone solve a problem they've been
<br />struggling with or seeing that light bulb come on when you show them something that they had maybe never considered
<br />possible"

<br />Since 1999, Nick has provided Technical Solutions, Systems Administration, Desktop Support, Technical and Applications
<br />Training to thousands of satisfied customers. He joined the Career Development Solutions; LLC team in 2005 and, over
<br />that timeframe, Nick received recognition as one of the Top 25 Technical Instructors in the World on five separate
<br />occasions from . Nick specializes in delivering Microsoft, CompTIA and EC -Council technical training.

<br />Rhett has over 30 years instructing experience and he has been a technical instructor for Career Development Solutions,
<br />LLC since 1996..He has a wide range of technical training capabilities including network operating systems, database
<br />administration and development, application development, internetworking and network security. As a Red Hat Certified
<br />Architect and Instructor, Rhett's training focus has been on various Red Hat technologies, especially Red Hat Enterprise
<br />Linux, Red Hat Virtualization and Red Hat OpenStack. He received recognition as a Top 25 Technical Instructor in the World
<br />from and, in 2013, Red Hat recognized Rhett as their Training Advocate of the Year.
