The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2020-004 ("Agreement") dated January 21, 2020, to retain a qualified consultant to provide infield ball diamond maintenance for City parks in districts 1-4. CC) cla B. The Agreement is in full force and effect through January 31, 2024. s __3 C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation under the Agreement for deferred maintenance and unforeseen weather -related maintenance. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 2.a., Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total amount to be expended under the remaining term of the Agreement by $80,000. This sum is comprised of (1) a base amount of $65,000 and (2) a contingency of $15,000 for services to be exercised at the City's sole discretion. The total not -to -exceed amount of the Agreement shall be $1,374,507. 2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
