History of the School
<br />The school was established in 1964 as a separately
<br />incorporated branch of Los Angeles College of Medical
<br />and Dental Assistants. It was originally incorporated
<br />under the name of Southern California College of
<br />Medical and Dental Careers. In 1969, the school
<br />became independent. On February 1, 1981, Concorde
<br />Career Colleges, Inc., purchased the campus. In 1989.
<br />the campus name was changed to Concorde Career
<br />Institute. In October 1999, the campus moved to its
<br />current location in Garden Grove, Calif. On August 15.
<br />2005, the campus name was changed to Concorde
<br />Career College.

<br />Concorde Career College has no pending petition in
<br />bankruptcy, is not operating as a debtor in possession,
<br />has not filed a petition within the preceding five years,
<br />nor has a petition in bankruptcy been filed against it
<br />within the preceding five years that resulted in
<br />reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States
<br />Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. Sec. iloi et sec.).
