Please provide your response no later than Friday, June 7, 2023, at 4.00 PM <br />via email to KLopezl 0.@santa-a <br />Points of Clarification <br />1 Per Exhibit I of this RFP, Section C —Main Library Project Scope, the following was <br />specified regarding Bookmobile Collection -- <br />Addendum No. 1 (Q&A), Question No. 12-. Approximately 8,000 books and <br />audiovisual materials must be relocated to the Newhope Library upon closure of <br />the Main Library, Rented Book Carts from the vendor are preferred by the City. <br />2. Per RFP document, Section V11. Response to RFR F. Proposal Contents, No. 2 Cost <br />Proposal, the fee schedule pricing information for storage services was to be provided <br />for an annual cost.
