Auxiliary Services — (Attachment 4: Additional Provisions, Separate Rates) <br />On -Call Support Services, Printed Products, Etc.: <br />The City is seeking qualified Consultants and communications service providers to provide and <br />assist the City as previously described with the preparation of technical and non -technical <br />documents, messaging campaigns, strategic messaging and general communication suport as <br />needed and not limited to: <br />• Attend meetings with City staff to coordinate and develop tasks, and program <br />management and logistics; <br />• Compose and design ready for print water related direct -mail brochures, postcards, letters <br />and bill inserts for public distribution on topics including, but not limited to: 1) Prop 218 <br />notifications, 2) water conservation, 3) water drought, 4) water campaigns, 5) water <br />capital improvement construction projects, 6) event announcements and others. A total <br />of 24 double sided brochures must be quoted per contract year; <br />• Create all required standard and special messages and public notices regarding water <br />quality standards; <br />• Write and edit water and wastewater system related articles specific to the City of Santa <br />Ana to be printed in newspapers, newsletters, pamphlets, and press releases for a total <br />of 12 per contract year; <br />• Develop an annual water related campaign; <br />• Develop strategies with targeted outreach for water campaign, Water Youth Poster <br />Contest and special events; <br />• Create targeted media list(s) for ongoing initiatives as well as special events; <br />• Work as liaison with any partners, etc., to create and maintain communications and enlist <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 23-014 <br />Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) and Auxiliary Services <br />Page 15 <br />
