ONMI11.112 ? <br />i <br />EF91:Q., Project Elements <br />Once a project is awarded to our team, the Team Leader and Account Manager will schedule an initial <br />Kick -Off Meeting with the client to make formal introductions between assigned team members and <br />confer on the project timeline and milestones. We will use this meeting to make initial decisions on the <br />project management tool the client prefers to utilize and set parameters for information gathering. With <br />these essential start-up tasks complete, a project moves forward smoothly and with accountability. <br />Our Project Manager will utilize the selected project management tool, coupled with regular <br />communications with the client, to monitor the project at all times and provide the Client team (in <br />any office,) with real-time access and updates for the duration. Our project manager adjusts project <br />schedules, progress milestones and tasks assignments as feedback is received from the Client. <br />We have a well -tested process for working on project's such as these and it begins with breaking the <br />overall project into three (3) individual elements outlined in the RFP. By moving through these phases <br />with intention, we insure our ability to meet the Client's timeline for completion and deliverables. <br />
