ARTICLE XXIV <br />24.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br />24.1 In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, fire, <br />flood, insurrection, civil disorder, national emergency, or similar circumstances, provisions <br />of this MOU or the Personnel Rules or Resolutions of the City, which restrict the City's <br />ability to respond to these emergencies, shall be suspended for the duration of such <br />emergency. After the emergency is declared over, this MOU will be reinstated <br />immediately.
