I live on First St and Grand Apartments close to the Santa Ana DMV. This is a Very problematic area with the homeless with the public drug intoxication people on the street. I dislike those people being there because they are always there, every single day, every morning that I have to take my kid's to school. My kid's shouldn't have to be looking at that.There's no way to avoid looking at them, since they are also,jaywalker's and while driving they get on my way. I have to stop and let them cross the street. There's a lot more people like that on First and Lyon Outside the Motel's/ Hotel's Area.Those people need mental health help.They are a huge danger to themselves and to other's. Please have the police officers take all of them to Jail and keep them there. They also, make our city of Santa Ana look very bad.They trash our city,they get inside the apartments and go through the big blue tras can's and make a mess. One time one African American man followed my kid's and I all the way to my apartment. I think he was intoxicated with drugs and he wanted to get inside my apartment but I walked faster,got my kids inside the apartment and I slammed the door on his face, I locked the door and he left. But I did get scared. I'm always protecting my two son's. Please make this city Safe and clean. I would really appreciate it. Thank You and May God help you take the right decisions,give all of you the wisdom and knowledge to lead/ run Our City of Santa Ana into the right direction to make it a much better, safer and cleaner place to live in.
