General Admission requirements: <br />• Complete Enrollment Agreement for Admission. <br />• Registration Fee ($75 non-refundable). <br />• Provide copies of school or college transcripts. <br />• Foreign language high school transcripts must be translated into English language and certified by <br />an agency that is a member of NACES (National Association of Credential Evaluation Services) <br />or AICE (Association of International Credential Evaluators). <br />• Financial statements if applicable. <br />• Copy of 2 forms of identification. <br />Note: - For students who cannot provide a high school diploma or equivalent transcripts, they must <br />complete and successfully pass the Ability -To -Benefit test (ATB) by Wonderlic to be enrolled. <br />Ability -to -Benefit Test Requirement <br />If the prospective student has only a high school diploma or certificate or if the student is not able to <br />provide copies of the high school diploma or equivalent due to unforeseen reasons like loss of records due <br />to floods, fire, or inability to procure records for home school students, then Amfasoft will require students <br />to attempt and pass the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test to evaluate their ability -to -benefit from the program. <br />The course coordinator based on the prerequisites and the test results will recommend a student to start with <br />a more basic course that will build the foundation. <br />Disclosure: Wonderlic, Inc. is an independent and privately held company headquartered in Vernon Hills, <br />Illinois, and a founding member of the Association of Test Publishers, The Wonderlic Basic Skills test is <br />approved by the US Department of Education and it measures basic verbal and quantitative skills. It <br />consists of the following: <br />1. WBST Verbal Form VS-1 (sealed booklet from Wonderlic) <br />2. WBST quantitative form QS 1 (sealed booklet from Wonderlic) <br />3. Scantron — to mark answers for both the above tests. <br />Each test is time for 20 minutes and answers have to be marked by lead pencils on the scantron sheet. <br />Candidates will be given the sealed booklets when they are ready to take the tests. Candidates can register <br />online on Wonderlic and take the Ability -to -benefit exam. <br />After test completion, the Amfasoft admissions representative will collect the tests taken and information <br />that students that the results will be conveyed after Amfasoft completes the scoring the test results through <br />the Wonderlic website. <br />Admission Procedures <br />• Inquiring applicants will call or drop -in at Amfasoft main or branch office and schedule a visit to meet with <br />the School Admissions representative to go over the course and program details. <br />• Inquiring applicants receive a campus tour and they are shown the school catalog and performance fact <br />sheet for their review. <br />• The admissions representative tries to answer all the questions from the applicant and gives an overview of <br />the interesting programs and curriculum. <br />• In case the applicant desires to talk to the instructor to get further information then Amfasoft will schedule <br />the call. <br />• Applicants are scheduled for an entrance examination. (If applicable). <br />• The admissions representative discusses the financial details, payment methods, installments terms, and <br />plans with the applicant. <br />• When visiting the school, the applicant has an opportunity to complete the application for enrollment and <br />the admissions representative explains the steps for the enrollment. <br />15 <br />
