This General Assignment and Bill of Sale is made without warranties, express or <br />implied. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms <br />in the Contract of Sale, dated as of _, 202, by and between Seller and Purchaser. <br />2.
