N-2023-148 <br />Pursuant to California Civil Code sections 885.010, 885.030, and 885.070, the <br />Reversionary Interest is considered a "Power of Termination" of record that has <br />now expired as matter of law. Pursuant to California Civil Code section 885.060(b), <br />expiration of a power of termination operates to terminate the restriction to which <br />the fee simple estate is subject. <br />Accordingly, this document is being recorded solely for the purpose of striking and <br />eliminating that use restriction as shown on the grant deed recorded on July 21, <br />1949 and recorded in book 1876 and page 280 of the official records of the County <br />of Orange, State of California. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is a true, correct and <br />complete copy of said document, with the use restriction stricken.
