Arrest anyone who is under the influence especially homeless so that way they can get <br /> treated we don't want another San Francisco or Los Angeles here our taxes are high for us to deal with them. We get <br /> threats from them and the cops don't believe until they harm us. I'm still not saying they are not good they have a <br /> certain power to do their job so we cannot blame them.
